Senior Technical Manager - Oracle ERP Cloud Finance

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Manager to spearhead the implementation and enhancement of Oracle ERP Cloud Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Expenses.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive end-to-end implementation, ongoing support, and improvement of Oracle ERP Cloud Finance solutions.
• Collect and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical and functional specifications.
• Oversee solution architecture, design, configuration, thorough testing, and deployment efforts.
• Manage integrations between Oracle Cloud and external third-party or enterprise applications.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Oracle Financial Cloud, delivering recommendations aligned with best practices.
• Facilitate client workshops, discussions, and stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Direct project delivery, effectively manage critical challenges, and uphold quality standards.
• Support team growth via mentoring, knowledge sharing, and skill development initiatives.
• Develop and review functional design documents, test cases, and other project documentation.
• Contribute to business development by preparing proposals, solution estimations, and client presentations.
• Respond to customer escalations ensuring successful resolutions and project outcomes.
• Keep abreast of the latest Oracle Cloud Finance features and evolving industry trends to maintain cutting-edge expertise.
