Supro Info Solutions Private Limited is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to be based in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. This role involves recruiting, training, and mentoring insurance agents, while driving team sales performance through strategic planning and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and build a strong team of insurance agents for the agency.
- Provide comprehensive training and onboarding sessions to new agents covering product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
- Coach and mentor agents to maintain high motivation and achieve superior performance.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aimed at meeting or surpassing sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Track and evaluate team performance, offering guidance to ensure targets are reached.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Conduct periodic training sessions to improve agents' product understanding and sales abilities.
- Offer continuous support to agents, addressing their challenges and helping to refine their selling skills.
Compensation
The salary for this position ranges between INR 15,000 and INR 35,000 per month.
