Overview

JASARA PMC seeks an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This key position requires overseeing quality across infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with top-tier standards while fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and roll out quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Perform thorough audits and inspections to check project adherence to quality benchmarks.
• Utilize data analytics to detect quality patterns and spearhead enhancements.
• Partner with project teams to resolve quality-related challenges through strategic solutions.
• Compile detailed quality metrics reports for leadership evaluation.
• Guide and develop junior quality staff, promoting ongoing skill development.
• Keep updated on modern quality assurance techniques and standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 8 to 10 years of quality engineering experience, preferably within construction or project management sectors.
• Proven expertise in quality management systems and familiarity with international standards such as ISO 9001.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to details.
• Excellent communication skills and capacity to lead cross-departmental teams.
• Able to adapt to fast-paced, evolving workplace environments.
• Willingness to travel to multiple project locations as needed.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic languages is desirable.
