Senior Project Manager - Fixed Term Contract

Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for an 18-month fixed-term contract based onsite in Dublin, with a strong chance of transitioning into a permanent PMO position upon completion. The role involves delivering a comprehensive implementation of a new business platform to replace legacy systems, covering CRM, PSA, and related technologies across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of complex implementation projects, spanning from initial discovery and scoping through to go-live and post-deployment adoption.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and delivery partners to ensure smooth programme governance.
• Conduct risk assessments, coordinate resources, and manage third-party vendors to facilitate on-time project delivery.
• Engage with multiple internal departments including Sales, Finance, HR, Procurement, and IT for effective cross-functional communication and coordination.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience managing end-to-end technology or software implementation projects, specifically involving CRM, PSA, ERP, or similar platforms.
• Strong capability in project and programme governance, including risk and issue management, budget oversight, and stakeholder reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and external partners.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• This role requires onsite presence in Dublin to closely interact with various business units.
• The initial contract duration is 18 months with a potential extension into a permanent role within the PMO team.
