Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager focused on spearheading the strategy, creation, and deployment of innovative systems, tools, and processes to elevate INFUSE's growth. This position merges business strategy with technical execution, converting high-level objectives into actionable, quantifiable results.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with senior leadership and department leads to establish the vision for new product solutions that stimulate business outcomes.
Translate strategic ambitions into concrete product deliverables that synchronize technology capabilities with business needs.
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle including discovery, requirements gathering, launch, integration into business workflows, and continuous refinement.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and full transparency.
Evaluate existing workflows to identify automation opportunities and develop impactful solutions.
Work in partnership with analysts, designers, and engineers, while also independently managing specific product initiatives as required.

Qualifications and Skills

Over 5 years of experience as a Product or Project Manager in fast-moving digital or technology environments, with demonstrable successful project delivery.
Expertise in analyzing and enhancing business processes and driving digital transformation initiatives.
Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Deep knowledge of determining when to develop new software versus leveraging existing solutions.
Experience designing automations that streamline processes and reduce manual efforts.
Familiarity with no-code and low-code platforms for prototyping and validating hypotheses.
Exceptional communication skills to foster consensus among stakeholders.
Highly motivated, well-organized, and comfortable operating remotely across different time zones.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Business analysis experience is advantageous.

Hiring Process
