Senior Procurement Specialist

About the Role

Join ALESAYI HOLDING as a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead and optimize strategic procurement activities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete sourcing and Request For Quotation (RFQ) procedures from start to finish.
• Collaborate with suppliers and assist with contract management tasks.
• Evaluate and onboard suppliers, continuously monitoring their performance.
• Analyze quotations, conduct commercial assessments, and track expenditures.
• Maintain compliance with procurement policies and governance standards.
• Effectively use ERP and electronic procurement platforms.
• Create detailed procurement reports and data dashboards.
• Work closely with internal departments to implement procurement solutions that add value.
• Drive process improvements and provide guidance to junior procurement staff.

Preferred Credentials

• Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) Level 4 certification.
• Any other recognized procurement qualifications.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines.
• Has 2 to 3 or more years of experience in procurement; experience in Facility Management or Services sectors is advantageous.
• Outstanding fresh graduates with strong abilities and growth potential are welcome to apply.
