Role Overview

An established main contractor in the region is seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Manager to lead planning and project controls across major engineering and construction programs. The role will focus on high-value developments, including projects valued at SAR 1 billion and above, within Riyadh.

What You Will Handle

Lead planning and project controls activities for large engineering and construction assignments.
Manage baseline schedules, tracking, and performance reporting for mega-projects.
Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to keep delivery aligned with project objectives.
Support time-related contractual matters such as extension of time submissions and claims.
Carry out schedule delay investigations using forensic methods on complex projects.

Candidate Profile

A degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field is required.
You should bring more than 20 years of experience in planning and project controls.
Background with leading MENA contractors is essential.
Advanced capability in Primavera P6, including cost-loaded and resource-loaded baselines, is expected.
Hands-on experience with end-to-end baseline governance and progress tracking on mega-projects is needed.
Strong experience supporting EOT and claim preparation is important.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills are necessary.

Compensation

The salary offered can go up to SAR 50,000.
