Role Overview

The Senior Payroll Analyst will focus primarily on French payroll operations, offering comprehensive support and management. The role demands a mix of payroll expertise, hands-on experience with HR and payroll software platforms, and proficiency in French to manage communications with French-speaking stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support payroll activities related to French payroll operations.
• Maintain effective stakeholder relationships with French-speaking employees and external vendors.
• Utilize payroll platforms such as SAP HCM Payroll, Workday, ADP, or similar tools in daily operations.

Requirements

• Between 4 to 8 years of experience in payroll or human resources operations.
• Proficiency in French language at B2 to C1 level.
• Demonstrated experience supporting French Payroll functions.
• Familiarity with payroll platforms such as SAP HCM Payroll, Workday, ADP, or comparable systems.
• Ability to manage communications and service delivery with French-speaking stakeholders and vendors.
