Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Manager will focus on translating Drug Hunter's market positioning into effective programs that advance business goals. This role involves developing account-based and lifecycle marketing campaigns, orchestrating product launches, strengthening sales enablement, and generating customer validation for our claims. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the position collaborates closely with Science, Sales, and the Head of Marketing teams to refine messaging and apply market insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement targeted account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns with customized messaging, content, and calls to action.
- Deliver tailored messaging through customer lifecycle programs to engage audiences at various journey stages.
- Collaborate with Sales to maintain segmented account lists and define engagement strategies per segment.
- Set up mechanisms to track program progress, measure effectiveness, and build a replicable ABM and lifecycle marketing playbook.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for launching new platform features including audience targeting, narrative development, asset creation, and sales preparation.
- Coordinate cross-functional product marketing efforts and ensure alignment of positioning and messaging with Marketing leadership, Science, and Sales teams.
- Implement post-launch initiatives to boost product adoption and maintain effective ongoing communications with existing customers.
- Create and analyze HubSpot reports to evaluate launch success and identify enhancements for future campaigns.
- Use customer and sales input, along with scientific insights, to update and optimize sales collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, demos, and leave-behind materials.
- Develop customer proof points, such as case studies and user stories, to increase product interest.
- Translate market learnings into new marketing messages and test them with varied audiences and formats.
- Design, execute, and monitor marketing experiments for message efficacy, including tracking success metrics and establishing guidelines for continuous improvement in messaging strategy.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Science degrees (B.S. or M.S.) are advantageous.
- 5-8 years of marketing experience, including product, content, or growth marketing.
- Proven experience marketing within Life Science B2B companies focused on pharmaceutical or biotech sectors; SaaS background is beneficial.
- Exceptional writing ability and meticulous attention to detail, with skill in communicating to technical audiences, emphasizing credibility in scientific marketing.
- Demonstrable portfolio of case studies and customer success stories.
- Experienced in developing sales enablement materials tailored for multi-stakeholder enterprise sales.
- Comfortable collaborating directly with scientists and subject matter experts.
- Account-based marketing expertise preferred; familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
