Senior Manager / Associate Director – HR

About the Role

AveVector Group seeks an influential HR leader who acts as a strategic business partner and problem solver, moving beyond conventional HR functions. The individual will collaborate closely with leadership across various group entities, focusing on building scalable workforce strategies, strengthening talent pools, and enhancing organizational effectiveness. Reporting directly to the Group Head of People & Culture, this role is central to defining and implementing people-centric growth strategies aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Engage deeply with business leaders to comprehend priorities, hurdles, and expansion plans.
• Serve as a trusted advisor resolving people and organizational challenges with a commercial perspective.
• Lead initiatives enhancing productivity, engagement, effectiveness, and business results.
• Establish strong credibility and partnerships across functions and entities within the group.
• Identify talent deficits and develop frameworks for succession, leadership development, and identifying high potentials.
• Design capability-building programs and clear career paths.
• Collaborate on workforce planning and prepare teams for future talent needs.
• Apply solid commercial insight and leverage business metrics in decision-making.
• Deploy data analytics to support strategy, monitor key HR metrics like attrition, hiring success, performance, and engagement.
• Create actionable HR dashboards and review processes.
• Drive organizational development initiatives covering culture, structure, clarity in roles, and change management.
• Support leadership in cultivating high-performance and accountability-driven cultures.
• Lead employee engagement, communication, and business effectiveness programs.
• Work alongside leadership to foster organizational values and culture.
• Enable and coach managers and leaders in people processes and collaboration across group businesses.

Requirements

• Strong business acumen connecting people strategies to business results.
• Commercially savvy with comfort handling data, analytics, and numerical insights.
• Proven track record in solving complex organizational and workforce challenges.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Experience in talent management, organization development, and leadership support.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, changing, and entrepreneurial settings.
• High ownership mindset, execution focus, and problem-solving skills.
• 8 to 15 years of professional experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, or Organization Development.
• Preferred experience includes working with multiple business units, startups, internet-based companies, or high-growth environments.
• MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline is preferred.
