Senior Infrastructure Asset Advisor

About The Role

We are looking for a seasoned Asset Management Advisor to guide the strategic oversight of vital infrastructure assets in a major utilities setting. The chosen candidate will take on a pivotal role in leading technical initiatives related to asset management frameworks, planning across asset lifecycles, risk mitigation, and driving continuous enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement asset management strategies that adhere to international best standards.
• Direct lifecycle planning and efforts to enhance asset performance.
• Perform assessments to determine asset condition and prioritize based on criticality.
• Assist in planning investments to ensure long-term sustainability of assets.
• Create and maintain key performance indicators and reporting mechanisms for asset performance.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to boost asset reliability.
• Guarantee adherence to all applicable standards and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related field.
• Relevant professional accreditation such as IAM or Chartered Engineer is preferred.
• Extensive asset management experience exceeding 20 years within utilities or infrastructure sectors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 55000 standards concerning asset management.
• Prior involvement in water, wastewater, or public infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
• Experience working in GCC countries is a plus.
