- Develop and enhance company policies, feedback mechanisms, and employee engagement programs.
- Support managers through complex employee relations issues, providing resources and training to build their confidence within legal bounds.
- Implement manager training sessions focused on leadership skills and effective team management.
- Create and manage performance management and employee development systems, including career growth frameworks and learning strategies.
- Lead workplace investigations from initial report to resolution, ensuring thorough documentation and appropriate follow-up actions.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws for a multi-state remote workforce and update HR policies accordingly.
- Partner with senior HR leadership on benefits management and employee communication strategies.
- Document and standardize HR operations and procedures to support scalability and reduce reliance on individual knowledge.
- Enhance hiring processes and candidate experience to support the organization’s rapid growth.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior generalist or HR managerial capacity.

- Deep expertise in all core HR areas with a proven track record of independently designing and implementing HR programs and policies.
- Experience managing complex employee relations and workplace investigations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop HR team members or subordinates.
