Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and creative Senior Graphic Designer to lead our in-house creative team's visual design efforts. This key position involves overseeing the design across multiple projects and campaigns to ensure brand consistency and superior quality. The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated history of producing engaging visual content for digital and print media while managing numerous deadlines efficiently. We are open to flexible arrangements, including full-time or long-term freelance collaborations. Required Qualifications

• At least five years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio highlighting expertise in branding, print, and digital media.
• Proficient advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Keen sense of typography, layout, and visual storytelling paired with meticulous attention to detail and organization.
• Interest in music, hospitality, or cultural industries is highly favorable.
• Additional competencies in motion graphics, video editing, Figma, photography, or art direction are advantageous.
• Ability to adapt swiftly to changing priorities and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead visual identity and creative content across all company brands.
• Design artwork for weekly shows, promotional campaigns, and venue marketing projects.
• Develop engaging graphical content for social media, digital ads, and email marketing to increase audience engagement.
• Produce print collateral including posters, menus, flyers, signage, and large-format graphics.
• Maintain and enhance each venue’s visual branding to ensure consistency and recognition.
• Collaborate with marketing, events, and internal teams to bring creative concepts to fruition aligned with campaign goals.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring high-quality output and attention to detail.
