Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer who is technically proficient, inquisitive, and supportive of collaborative teamwork. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, document, and maintain modern web applications, business tools, integrations, APIs, and automation solutions.
• Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Vue.js, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and contemporary front-end frameworks.
• Develop and manage Retool applications for rapid delivery of internal operational dashboards, workflow solutions, and business process automations.
• Build, consume, secure, and support RESTful APIs and event-driven system integrations with both internal and external partners.
• Design and implement enterprise-level integrations using iPaaS platforms like Boomi or MuleSoft to enable API-led connectivity and reusable services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements through automation, low-code/no-code approaches, and API-enabled services.
• Deploy, monitor, secure, and manage cloud applications and integration workflows using AWS services.
• Work cooperatively with product managers, business analysts, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-value software solutions.
• Engage actively in Agile ceremonies and practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and code reviews.
• Quickly identify and resolve issues related to applications, integrations, and production environments.
• Ensure solutions adhere to standards of security, scalability, reliability, performance, governance, and maintainability.
• Explore and integrate emerging technologies such as AI-assisted development tools, workflow automation platforms, and smart business solutions.
• Mentor junior developers while fostering engineering best practices and a culture focused on continuous learning and excellence.
• Take ownership and demonstrate dedication to crafting innovative technology solutions that support clients and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in software development delivering enterprise-grade full stack applications.
• Strong skills developing scalable web apps using JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, React, Python, PHP, or comparable frameworks.
• Experience designing, building, securing, and integrating REST APIs and microservices architectures.
• Proficiency with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MariaDB—data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning included.
• Deep understanding of Git workflows, branching models, code review, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services including Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, Bedrock, API Gateway, ECS, or similar platforms.
• Strong grasp of software architecture best practices including security, scalability, resilience, and observability.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams contributing to planning, estimation, and solution design.
• Proven capability using AI techniques and large language models to enhance developer efficiency, automate workflows, and build intelligent solutions.
• Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, and analytical abilities, capable of independently resolving complex technical challenges.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and promoting engineering excellence and knowledge sharing.
• Ability to balance innovation with risk, compliance, and regulatory standards within financial services.
• Strong enthusiasm for continuous learning of emerging technologies and applying them to business and customer benefits.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. Candidates must be comfortable working from the office with designated shift timings.

Applicants should hold degrees such as B.Sc in Data Science, Computer Science and Technology, Information Technology (IT), IT & Data Analytics; B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Computer Science and Business Systems, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Cyber Security, Electronics and Computer Engineering, Robotics and Automation Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning; or a B.C.A. in any specialization.
