The company demonstrates a strong footprint in refineries and petrochemical plants and is committed to sustainable solutions that support the nation's Net Zero goals.

Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain the Project Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with contract requirements, quality plans, ISO standards, and client expectations throughout all construction operations.
  • Oversee quality assurance and control for civil, structural, architectural, and related works by conducting detailed inspections, surveillance, and material testing to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and codes.
  • Create, assess, and maintain QA/QC documentation such as Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, Quality Procedures, Checklists, Material Approval Requests, and Quality Records.
  • Organize and facilitate inspection processes and approvals involving clients, General Consultants, Independent Engineers, and Third-Party Agencies to ensure seamless project progress.
  • Verify material quality through approvals of sourcing, incoming inspections, testing protocols, calibration documentation, and conformity with project standards.
  • Administer Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), site observations, and corrective and preventive action measures (CAPA), driving ongoing quality enhancement efforts among project teams.
  • Lead internal quality audits and compliance checks to uncover discrepancies, monitor standard adherence, and guarantee resolution of audit findings.
  • Manage quality documentation pertinent to CMRS approvals, including preparation, compilation, review, and submission of inspection records, test certificates, and compliance materials required for regulatory clearances.
  • Collaborate closely with Construction, Engineering, Planning, and Environment Health & Safety teams to integrate quality mandates into project execution and milestone deliveries.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly quality reports, handover dossiers, and final project quality documentation to ensure full traceability and readiness for client acceptance, commissioning, and project closure.

Mandatory Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. or B.Tech).
  • Between 8 to 10 years of practical QA/QC experience specifically in Metro Rail projects.
  • Proficiency in CMRS documentation, compliance oversight, and preparation of project handover dossiers.
