Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Content Writer to produce high-quality, compelling content that drives engagement and supports marketing and brand-building initiatives in the fields of AI, HR technology, recruitment, and enterprise SaaS.
Content Strategy and Creation
- Develop engaging, SEO-optimized content for blogs, websites, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, newsletters, and product descriptions.
- Craft thought leadership articles focused on AI, recruitment technology, HR, and enterprise SaaS topics.
- Create persuasive product messaging, feature updates, and customer success narratives.
- Partner with teams from Product, Sales, and Customer Success to translate complex technical information into accessible business content.
Marketing and Demand Generation
- Produce content that supports lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
- Develop email marketing materials, including nurture sequences and drip campaigns.
- Write engaging posts for LinkedIn, social media content, webinar promotions, and event marketing collateral.
- Generate sales enablement documents such as brochures, presentations, battle cards, one-pagers, and pitch decks.
SEO and Website Content Management
- Conduct keyword research and optimize all content to improve search engine rankings.
- Enhance website content to boost organic traffic and conversion rates.
- Track content effectiveness and suggest enhancements based on analytics.
Brand Development
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication platforms.
- Develop thought leadership content for the founders and leadership team.
- Analyze industry trends, competitors, and new technologies to create distinctive and relevant content.
Performance and Analytics
- Use key performance indicators such as traffic, engagement, conversions, and lead generation to measure content success.
- Adjust strategies and content based on data insights and customer feedback.
Eligibility
