Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role

This opportunity is offered by a partner company based in Germany, searching for a Senior Business Development Manager to join their team remotely. The role centers on fostering strategic partnerships and driving growth within the cryptocurrency and digital assets domain, particularly targeting markets in Eastern Europe such as Czechia and Slovakia.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement business development plans to grow affiliate and partnership networks in Czechia, Slovakia, and neighboring regions.
• Identify, engage, and maintain professional relationships with influential figures including key opinion leaders, VIP traders, affiliates, and trading communities.
• Negotiate and sustain strategic collaborations from initial contact through long-term partnership activation.
• Launch growth initiatives aimed at boosting user acquisition, trading volumes, content interaction, and transaction throughput via partner channels.
• Develop mutual understanding with partners by aligning on objectives and providing continuous support consistent with business goals.
• Perform market research and analyze competitors to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential improvements.
• Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to relay market insights and optimize offerings.
• Track partnership success using data-driven metrics to refine campaigns and business strategies.
• Keep abreast of developments in the crypto sector, trading trends, regulations, and industry dynamics.
• Represent the company at partner meetings, industry forums, and market discussions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or similar discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated background in affiliate or business development, partnership management, or growth-focused roles within crypto, finance, trading, or technology fields.
• In-depth knowledge of the digital asset ecosystem, trading markets, financial products, and sector trends.
• History of building and managing relationships with affiliates, influencers, communities, or significant clients.
• Experience with Czech and Slovak markets is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical competencies for interpreting market data and deriving strategic actions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and skills for building lasting partnerships.
• Results-driven approach with proven achievement of business objectives.
• Ability to multitask, work autonomously, and thrive in a multicultural environment.
• Good understanding of financial market behaviour and regulatory environments in Eastern Europe.
• Fluency in English and Czech is mandatory; additional Eastern European languages are an advantage.
• Preferred experience with crypto exchanges, trading platforms, CFD brokers, or blockchain companies.
• Passionate interest in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and innovative financial solutions.
