Position Overview

Our client is a purpose-driven organization dedicated to generating significant social impact. They are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to spearhead the rollout of integrated marketing campaigns designed to boost awareness, engagement, and drive behavioral change. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams — creative, media, production, research, and communications — as well as managing external agencies and vendors to deliver comprehensive multi-channel campaigns. The ideal candidate is a seasoned brand marketing professional with agency or consumer marketing experience, exceptional project management abilities, and a track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex campaigns in fast-paced, mission-focused settings.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full lifecycle of 360-degree marketing campaigns from conception, planning, launch to optimization.
Coordinate campaign schedules, deliverables, and daily project execution across diverse stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with internal creative, media, production, strategy, communications, and research groups to execute impactful marketing initiatives.
Manage relationships with external creative agencies, production partners, freelancers, influencers, and social media vendors.
Support marketing strategies centered on public awareness, advocacy, and consumer engagement.
Monitor campaign progress, provide status updates, and identify workflow improvements for enhanced efficiency.
Assist with budget management, forecasting, reporting, and financial tracking of campaigns.
Work with media planning and buying teams to support campaign trafficking and execution.
Ensure marketing materials comply with legal and regulatory standards through coordination with compliance and legal teams.
Contribute to research and audience insight efforts to inform marketing strategies.
Maintain and cultivate relationships with external partners and campaign collaborators.
Participate in rapid-response marketing efforts and other high-priority projects as required.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of four years' experience in brand marketing.
Proven experience managing large-scale or national integrated marketing campaigns.
Background in agency or in-house brand marketing preferred.
Skilled in overseeing creative development and managing cross-functional marketing projects.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and content production.
Strong aptitude for managing multiple concurrent projects in dynamic environments.
Proficient in handling budgets, forecasts, and campaign financial reporting.
Outstanding communication, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Excellent at fostering relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Self-driven, proactive, and highly collaborative mindset.
Experience with advocacy, nonprofit, public affairs, or mission-driven campaigns is advantageous.
Knowledge of experiential marketing is a plus.
Familiarity with Generative AI, AI automation tools, AI agents, or AI-powered marketing workflows is beneficial.
Bachelor's degree is required.

Compensation and Location

Salary up to $100,000 annually plus a competitive benefits package.
This position is fully remote, requiring work on Eastern Standard Time hours.
