Senior Brand Manager

About the Role

Join our Brand International team where we collaboratively create marketing assets for over 30 countries and shape Lidl's global brand presence. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement international brand and communication strategies for selected private label brands.
• Translate competitive, customer, market, and trend insights into strategic actions.
• Develop brand positioning, enhancing brand awareness and strength continuously.
• Present and communicate strategic directions effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Ensure strategic alignment of international campaigns and ongoing content for consistent national market leadership.
• Act as internal expert interface between marketing, sales, purchasing, and packaging management departments.

Candidate Profile

• Several years of professional experience in brand development/strategy, marketing, or agency settings.
• Degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of market, target groups, and competition in the FMCG sector, combined with omnichannel expertise and solid project management skills.
• High analytical thinking, proactive attitude, and conceptual understanding of brand building.
• Willingness to be present onsite at least two days per week.
