Senior Bitrix24 Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Bitrix24 Developer with a strong background in on-premise Bitrix24 environments. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Bitrix24 CRM entity cards, smart processes, and built-in features such as Tasks, Groups, Notifications, Drive, and CRM modules. This role also demands over three years of PHP 7+ web development experience using frameworks like Laravel and Symfony, along with proven skills in front-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop new modules, components, extensions, and applications aimed at enhancing business processes within on-premise Bitrix24 installations.
• Optimize and advance current modules and components to improve functionality.
• Create software solutions on the Bitrix24 platform, focusing on CRM, corporate portals, and HR systems.
• Develop innovative subsystems and automation tools for business processes.
• Identify and fix coding errors; prepare software for new releases.
• Support continuous development and troubleshooting of on-premises Bitrix24.
• Integrate Bitrix24 with external systems and develop associated integration services using Webhooks and REST APIs.
• Develop tailored interfaces and smart processes within the Bitrix24 system, including JavaScript event handling on both front-end and back-end levels.

Required Skills and Experience

• Extensive expertise with 1C-Bitrix/Bitrix24 platforms, especially on-premise versions and CRM customizations.
• Possession of relevant 1C-Bitrix certifications is mandatory.
• Proficiency in PHP 7+ along with frameworks such as Laravel and Symfony, combined with strong MySQL skills.
• Advanced front-end skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue), and jQuery.
• Experience creating custom modules, components, and integrating third-party APIs.
• Competency in code refactoring and maintaining legacy codebases.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and relational database design.
• Strong analytic and logical thinking abilities paired with a keen eagerness for learning and self-improvement.
