Senior Associate, Corporate Strategy

Role Overview

The Senior Associate in Corporate Strategy will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of Kredivo's medium to long-term strategic plans. This position demands collaboration with diverse internal teams and external partners to advance Kredivo's acquisition and internal development strategies, all aimed at establishing a broad-based digital financial services group across Southeast Asia.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead commercial due diligence activities for potential mergers, acquisitions, and new market entry initiatives, covering market analysis, competitive reviews, customer segmentation, unit economics evaluation, regulatory considerations, and synergy analysis post-merger.
• Design and conduct primary research including expert interviews, customer surveys, and data gathering to convert insights into actionable strategies for deal formulation and financial modeling.
• Track and analyze industry trends, competitor actions, and new growth opportunities.
• Assist in the full lifecycle of mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and joint ventures from sourcing prospects to deal closure.
• Contribute to capital markets and investor relations tasks by preparing strategic communications for both internal and external stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience within management consulting, private equity due diligence, or corporate development functions.
• Demonstrated understanding and interest in fintech and financial services sectors.
• Results-focused with a proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with interpersonal abilities to work effectively across teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and the capacity to utilize AI-assisted technologies.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of at least one Southeast Asian regional language (Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Thai, or Tagalog) is preferred.
• Singapore residency required, with willingness to undertake occasional travel.
