Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Site Coordinator to oversee and monitor structural and architectural activities at the construction site in Gurugram. The candidate will play a vital role in coordinating with the architectural team and management while effectively managing daily progress reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor structural and architectural site work to maintain quality and schedule adherence.
Understand and interpret BIM and Revit designs relevant to the ongoing site activities.
Provide daily progress updates and maintain clear communication through proper mailing practices.
Act as a liaison between the architectural team and management to ensure streamlined coordination.

Candidate Profile

Possess a B.Arch or Diploma in any architectural specialization.
Strong communication skills to articulate site progress and challenges.
Hardworking, results-driven individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Adept at comprehending BIM and Revit site designs to support site execution.
