Job Purpose

• Ensure the safety and security of all employees, guests, and property.
• Create and maintain a secure and welcoming atmosphere that aligns with luxury service standards.
• Assist in daily security operations and respond swiftly to incidents or emergencies.
• Offer courteous, efficient, and professional assistance to guests across all guest experience areas, maintaining high service standards.
• Continuously aim to exceed guest expectations by anticipating their requirements.
• Serve as an ambassador for the company's wellness and sustainability culture by promoting awareness among team members and exemplifying a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

General Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure, safe, and hospitable environment consistent with luxury standards.
• Support daily security duties and promptly address any incidents or emergencies.

Key Operational Duties

• Conduct regular patrols and monitor premises using CCTV systems.
• Manage access control for all areas, verifying credentials of staff, guests, and contractors.
• Promptly respond to alarms, incidents, and guest concerns with discretion and professionalism.
• Accurately document all security actions, occurrences, and prepare detailed reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth and secure resort operations.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures, emergency protocols, and company policies.
• Provide assistance with crowd control, VIP movements, and special events as necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

• Security certification is preferred.
• Established experience in analogous security roles.
• Prior experience working within multicultural teams.
• Experience participating in pre-opening operations is advantageous.

Knowledge & Competencies

• Certified in CPR and First Aid techniques.
• Competence in crisis management.
• Familiarity with security protocols and CCTV operation.
