Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols on foot or by vehicle around the designated area to ensure the security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Manage access control by checking identification badges, greeting guests, and preventing unauthorized entry.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems vigilantly to detect suspicious or unlawful activities.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or criminal acts, and coordinate with police or ambulance services as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily occurrences, any accidents, or damages in written reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational qualification: High school diploma or an equivalent certification.
• Possession of a valid local security license or guard card is mandatory.
• Physical capability to stand or walk for extended periods while maintaining alertness.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with visitors and composing reports.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make rational decisions during emergency situations.

Preferred Skills

• Basic first aid knowledge is an added advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary is determined based on the role's complexities as well as the candidate’s relevant experience and expertise.
