Job Overview
Permeance Technologies is urgently seeking reliable Security Guards to manage site security at a commercial plaza in Matunga Labor Camp, Mumbai. The role involves comprehensive security duties under a 12-hour shift schedule for 26 days each month.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee visitor management and ensure accurate vehicle inspections.
- Maintain thorough records through register entries and manage telephone and intercom communications.
- Control gate access by verifying gate-passes and performing gate manning.
- Conduct patrolling rounds, parking oversight, and communication via walkie-talkies.
- Carry out security checks including bag inspection, ID card verification, and body frisking.
- Submit detailed reports and report directly to supervisors.
Compensation and Benefits
The monthly salary ranges from 18,500 to 20,500 INR, with specific salary fixed at 20,561 INR for the role. Additional benefits include Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and an annual bonus.
Additional Information
Immediate joining is required. Work hours consist of 12-hour shifts across 26 working days monthly. The company does not demand any advance security deposit or fees. However, after selection and receiving the first salary, a coordination and job confirmation charge of Rs. 2,000 is payable.
