Role Overview

The Security and Safety Officer role at LOINS is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh. The officer is tasked with ensuring the safety and security of all students, staff, and visitors on campus. Key responsibilities include monitoring entry and exit points, conducting regular patrols to uphold safety standards, and reacting promptly to any security incidents or emergencies.

Key Duties

• Oversee and enforce health, safety, and security policies in compliance with school guidelines and local laws.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and emergency response systems to maintain functional safety measures.
• Maintain thorough documentation and reporting of incidents and support investigations related to accidents or security breaches.
• Coordinate and lead safety drills and awareness programs in collaboration with school leadership.
• Facilitate communication and coordination with external emergency responders when necessary.
• Promote and encourage a culture of safety and mutual respect across the entire school community.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Applicants must be Saudi nationals to meet regulatory criteria.
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Safety and Health.
• Hold certification recognized by the Safety Cadres Program or the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and adherence to compliance protocols.
• Exhibit strong capabilities in preparing detailed reports, conducting inspections, and managing follow-up corrective measures.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively interact with all stakeholders.
