Role Overview

As a Scheduler at HammondCare, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining the roster for our Home Care Workers in the Central Coast Region. Your primary focus will be to ensure that our clients receive the care they need through effective scheduling that balances consistency, efficiency, and fairness, while keeping within care worker contracted hours.

This is a full-time, permanent position working morning shifts Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm based at our Tuggerah Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide scheduling services to all HammondCare Home Care staff.
• Efficiently manage client and staff schedules, ensuring rounds are well organized considering consistency and fairness.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data about care worker information and assist in system and staff administration.
• Collaborate as an active member of the centralized support team to support workforce operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience and/or qualifications in customer service, scheduling or rostering, data analytics, or call center environment.
• Exceptional ability to manage time and handle multiple deadlines effectively.
• Strong attention to detail demonstrated in previous similar roles.
• Excellent problem-solving aptitude and outstanding communication and coordination skills.
