SAP SAC Planning Consultant

Role Overview

Capgemini is seeking an SAP SAC Planning Consultant based in Pune, India. The role calls for a professional with strong hands-on experience in planning tools, SAC implementation, and working across SAP as well as non-SAP data sources.

Experience & Core Profile

The ideal candidate should bring 5 to 7 years of experience with planning platforms such as SAP BPC, BW IP, and non-SAP planning tools like Anaplan, along with at least 2 years of implementation experience in SAP SAC. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision are important for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Work extensively with SAP and non-SAP data sources in planning-related solutions.
• Build and support SAC analytic applications.
• Create and manage SAC data models for both analytic and planning use cases.
• Develop SAC stories and visualizations for business consumption.
• Set up and configure Digital Boardroom solutions.
• Use Analytics Designer and R coding as part of solution delivery.
• Apply knowledge of SAC planning, predictive features, and other advanced SAC capabilities.

Technical Requirements

The candidate must be well-versed in SAC data source connectivity, data model development, visual story creation, and Digital Boardroom setup. Practical experience with Analytics Designer and R coding is expected, along with the ability to handle SAC planning and predictive functionalities.
