SAP EC Time Management Consultant

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP EC Time Management Consultant who will be instrumental in configuring, supporting, and enhancing SuccessFactors Time Management modules, specifically Time Tracking and Time Off functionalities. This position calls for collaboration across HR Operations, Payroll, IT, and business teams to ensure smooth processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage configuration, governance, and daily operations of SuccessFactors Time Management (Time Tracking and Time Off).
• Resolve issues, implement enhancements, and promote continuous improvements in time-related functionalities.
• Configure and maintain Time Tracking and Time Off modules, including time profiles and time types.
• Coordinate integration efforts between SuccessFactors Time Management, Employee Central, and Payroll systems, preferably SAP Payroll.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, IT, and other business stakeholders for seamless delivery.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Between 4 to 7 years of experience in Time Management or Workforce Management systems.
• At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time Off modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Preferred: SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central or Time Management.

• Accuracy and consistency of time and leave data.
• Reduction in errors related to time tracking and leave management.
