Salesforce Product Owner

About the Role

This position involves leading multiple Salesforce squads through the transition from project delivery to a stable Business-As-Usual (BAU) operational model. Working closely with Scrum Masters, you will ensure seamless handover and ongoing platform service optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of Salesforce teams from project execution into mature BAU mode.
• Engage and collaborate with primary business stakeholders to enhance and optimize platform service delivery.
• Conduct operational handovers from project teams to platform support, including preparation of detailed support documentation.
• Manage and resolve defects and enhancements related to Attendance Management on the platform.
• Drive the ongoing development of the Salesforce Platform Product Portfolio.
• Provide additional Salesforce-related support, research, and development as needed.

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem to leverage platform functionality and inform strategic product decisions.
• Demonstrated success moving from project-based delivery to a mature BAU operational environment.
• Ability to maintain and prioritize a comprehensive product backlog across a diverse service portfolio.
• Excellent client management capabilities to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and align business objectives.
• Experience working within multi-squad Agile frameworks and environments.
