Role overview
PAYONE Austria GmbH is looking for a Salesforce Administrator (m/w/d) to help shape and continuously improve a highly integrated CRM landscape. The role sits in an agile environment and focuses on the design, setup, and ongoing enhancement of the Salesforce system architecture.
What you will do
- Contribute as part of an agile team to the design, implementation, and ongoing development of the CRM architecture.
- Build and maintain business logic, data structures, and access permissions within a deeply integrated Salesforce environment.
- Work with Salesforce tools and concepts such as Flows, Dynamic Forms, and Escalation Rules.
- Keep an eye on business and organizational processes and help improve them together with the team on a continuous basis.
- Support project work involving specialist business topics and take responsibility for projects or sub-projects when needed.
- Act as a knowledgeable contact person for end users and internal departments in relation to Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
What you should bring
- Completed training in an IT-related field or equivalent Salesforce-focused further education.
- Strong practical knowledge of Salesforce administration, especially Core, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Preferably hands-on experience customizing Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Experience with tools or modules such as CPQ, Conga, CRM Analytics, or Einstein / AgentForce is an advantage.
- Knowledge of software version control with Git is desirable.
- Enjoyment of independently developing solutions for complex challenges.
- Comfort working in agile ways of working and contributing to shared team goals.
- Very good German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written.
