Role Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in expanding our healthcare marketplace by understanding customer needs, converting leads into sales, and onboarding new customers to our subscription-based products. This phone-centric position involves engaging with practice owners and staff to promote Healthengine’s offerings and contributing to improved health outcomes across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with healthcare practices through phone conversations, educating them on Healthengine’s platform and products.
• Convert inbound leads generated by the marketing team into paying subscribers.
• Initiate and conduct outbound calls to uncover and secure new business opportunities.
• Keep Salesforce data accurate and up-to-date for effective reporting.
• Ensure a smooth transition for customers to the Customer Success team, maintaining a positive client experience.
• Focus on meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
• Participate actively in team development initiatives and cultural activities.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Support, and Marketing teams to maintain strong interdepartmental relationships.
