Role Overview

This position focuses on growing agency-based insurance sales by recruiting, coaching, and developing insurance advisors. The role is centered on helping advisors acquire customers, meet revenue goals, and contribute to a strong, results-driven sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for building the agency network, enabling advisors to perform effectively, and supporting overall business expansion through consistent sales output.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard insurance advisors for the Agency Channel.
• Train and develop advisors so they can improve productivity and sales performance.
• Drive business generation and work toward revenue targets.
• Support advisors in customer acquisition and sales conversions.
• Contribute to building a strong and high-performing sales team.
• Help ensure steady business growth through channel development.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant is a graduate with strong communication abilities and at least 1 year of experience in BFSI or any sales role.

• Any graduate is eligible to apply.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in BFSI or sales is required.
• Age should be between 22 and 38 years.
• Good communication skills are important for success in this role.
