Job summary

This position is focused on building business for manpower outsourcing and staffing services across both public and private sector accounts. The executive will identify prospects, pursue tender-led and direct opportunities, nurture client partnerships, and support revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Create new business opportunities for manpower outsourcing, staffing, facility management, housekeeping, security, payroll, and recruitment offerings.
  • Reach out to government offices, PSUs, corporations, industrial clients, hospitals, schools/colleges, and private businesses to explore potential deals.
  • Build and sustain relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams.
  • Track government procurement channels such as GeM, Eproc2, and state e-tender platforms, and work with the tender team on relevant opportunities.
  • Draft presentations, proposals, quotations, and commercial responses for clients.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and service demonstrations to understand business needs.
  • Discuss pricing and commercial terms, then close agreements while protecting margins.

Requirements
