Job Overview

Zuzu Marketing is seeking dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Executives to enhance our retail sales team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The position requires individuals with strong communication abilities, enthusiasm for sales, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service while meeting sales goals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist them in choosing products that suit their requirements.
Provide detailed explanations of product features, specifications, special offers, and warranty information.
Meet personal and overall store sales targets consistently.
Develop and nurture lasting relationships with customers.
Maintain proper product arrangement and ensure the showroom remains clean and presentable.
Support billing processes and collaborate with the cashier when necessary.
Keep updated knowledge regarding the latest mobile phones, accessories, and electronic devices.
Help customers by demonstrating product usage and comparing different options.
Adhere to company policies and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily showroom operations.
