About the Role

Elite Associates is collaborating with a contemporary fashion label known for its unique style, exceptional craftsmanship, and premium customer service.
We are looking for enthusiastic Client Advisors passionate about fashion to join our Munich team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding customer experience, making each client feel valued and welcomed.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of products to offer personalized styling guidance and suggestions.
• Establish and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Contribute to meeting personal and store sales objectives.
• Ensure visual merchandising meets brand standards.
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and control.
• Handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Work alongside team members to facilitate seamless daily store functions.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in luxury, premium, or contemporary fashion retail environments.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Keen interest in fashion, styling, and awareness of current trends.
• Positive mindset, collaborative attitude, and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Available to work retail hours including weekends.
• Open to full-time employment.
