Sales and Recruitment Internship Program (Home Office)

About the Role

We are seeking an intern with excellent communication skills, logical reasoning, agility, and strong organizational abilities to join our Recruitment & Selection team focused on business environments. This role goes beyond simple candidate screening by supporting the team in identifying and attracting top talent through constant interaction with candidates and clients, prioritizing performance and results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct active candidate searches using platforms such as LinkedIn, Catho, Indeed, and other recruitment tools.
• Engage in initial strategic contact and communication with candidates.
• Assist in developing strategies to attract and convert the best talent.
• Perform telephone screenings analyzing the suitability of candidate profiles for vacancies and client projects.
• Monitor key performance indicators for open positions and support management of selection processes.
• Maintain ongoing communication with both candidates and clients to ensure aligned expectations and a smooth recruitment process.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in higher education with at least one year remaining until graduation.
• Availability to work 6 hours daily during business hours.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Curiosity and passion for business.
