Job Overview

As a Sales Advisor at H&M in Ludhiana, you will be integral to delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will assist customers by sharing your fashion insight, helping them find desired products while embodying the brand's values, contributing both individual and collective success.

Key Responsibilities

• Use your fashion expertise to guide customers toward informed purchasing decisions.
• Work closely with your colleagues to ensure outstanding service throughout the entire customer journey.
• Maintain the sales floor and stock areas to be organized, well-stocked, and inviting.
• Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the store.
• Act as a positive representative of both yourself and the brand during all customer interactions.

Team Environment

H&M stores serve as the heart of the company, where customers engage directly with the brand. You will join a vibrant Store Team, including various roles from Sales Advisors to Department Managers and Visual Merchandisers. Collaboration with the wider Area Team across several stores enhances sharing insights and collective success. Together, the team empowers customers to feel confident and express their individuality with current trends and classic styles.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in fashion, retail, or similar sectors.
• A passion for fashion and providing an extraordinary in-store experience that promotes products and drives sales.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, creativity, eagerness to learn, and comfort with store technology.
• Flexibility and a proactive, action-oriented approach.
