Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding cleanliness and presentation of guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors.
• Promptly replenish amenities, linen, and supplies while responding positively to guest requests.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized, and stocked housekeeping trolley, ready for each shift.
• Observe and immediately report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to management.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH guidelines when handling cleaning products and equipment.
