Key Responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms are cleaned and serviced according to brand standards, maintaining excellent presentation and upkeep.
• Report maintenance issues in guest rooms and floors promptly using the KnowCross system.
• Maintain compliance with all brand and quality audit standards for guest rooms and public spaces.
• Clean and service public areas regularly to brand standards and ensure their neatness and maintenance.
• Report any maintenance defects in public and back-of-house areas through KnowCross.
• Oversee cleaning and maintenance of the hotel's exterior spaces, including guest entrances and loading bays.
• Manage the daily delivery and collection of linen and terry items.
• Stock and organize linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and storage areas, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.
• Keep guest floors consistently clean and well maintained.
• Support the housekeeping team with other related duties as needed.
• Comply with Health and Safety protocols and report any standard breaches to the Head Housekeeper.
• Manage cleaning materials safely in accordance with COSHH regulations.
• Participate in all required training sessions.
• Maintain a positive, solution-focused attitude and deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring guests receive friendly and responsive assistance.
• Assist with cleaning of public and back-of-house areas when required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with basic proficiency in computer use.
• Ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues and guests.
• Detail-oriented mindset to guarantee rooms meet the highest standards for guests.
