The Team

The Housekeeping department is dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences by ensuring impeccable accommodations, meticulous attention to detail, and sincere care. Every member's contribution is crucial in maintaining guest rooms and public areas that exemplify luxury hospitality at its finest. As a Room Attendant, you will report directly to the Room Attendant Supervisor and collaborate with a dedicated team focused on cleanliness, comfort, and superior service throughout the property.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and service guest rooms following Rosewood, LQA, and brand quality standards.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and presentation in assigned areas with great attention to detail.
• Restock amenities, linens, and guest supplies to prepare rooms for new guests ensuring their comfort.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, assisting in service recovery when necessary.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items promptly to management.
• Handle cleaning chemicals, equipment, and guest room keys safely and according to protocols.

Candidate Profile

• Experience working in hotel housekeeping or a comparable hospitality role involving guest room maintenance.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional cleanliness and to creating comfortable, memorable guest stays.
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and consistently able to uphold rigorous hospitality standards.
• Knowledgeable about cleaning procedures, equipment operation, and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Dependable, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
