Mace, as a delivery partner, seeks highly qualified and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote a safety-first culture by confidently exercising stop-work authority and upholding wellbeing standards.
• Exhibit leadership aligned with company values by mentoring and coaching junior team members.
• Develop, implement, and continually enhance risk management frameworks, registers, dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Organize risk workshops, reviews, and assessments to identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to embed risk controls within plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Track risk exposure changes and control effectiveness, ensuring timely mitigation and ongoing improvement.
• Support risk reviews, audits, and assurance activities to ensure compliance with governance standards and industry best practices.
• Partner with teams to integrate risk management throughout project planning, execution, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Maintain high-quality risk data and proactively monitor evolving risk profiles in line with best practices.
• Work collectively to support net zero carbon transition goals by proactively identifying and managing carbon emissions during project delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a degree or diploma relevant to risk management, engineering, or project management.
• Progressing toward chartered status with a recognized professional body and committed to continuous professional development.
• Have at least 10 years of leadership experience in risk management on large-scale projects, preferably within Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience using risk management tools, analytics, and effectively collaborating with stakeholders.
• Hold valid visa eligibility for Saudi Arabia and relevant work history in major, high-value projects or programmes for project management consultancy firms, necessary for immigration and client approvals.
