Role Summary
The company is searching for a highly analytical and action-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to establish and expand the global Revenue Operations function. This position suits candidates who enjoy solving intricate operational challenges, devising scalable Go-To-Market processes, and collaborating closely with executive leadership to enable predictable revenue growth. The role spans partnerships with teams including Sales, SDR, Customer Success, Marketing, Channel, Finance, and executives to ensure efficient and scalable revenue operations in a fast-paced startup setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SOCRadar’s Revenue Operations strategy aligned with leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in revenue forecasting, pipeline visibility, and business planning.
- Optimize full sales lifecycle processes, including territory planning, lead routing, opportunity management, forecasting, deal approvals, and commission calculations.
- Collaborate with Customer Success for enhancing onboarding, renewal, expansion, health scoring, churn prediction, and reporting workflows.
- Support Marketing operations by improving lead scoring/routing, attribution, campaign performance, and funnel conversion metrics.
- Manage and continuously refine Salesforce CRM governance, data quality, automation, workflows, dashboards, security, and user adoption.
- Create executive dashboards tracking metrics such as pipeline health, win rate, sales velocity, forecast accuracy, customer retention, and revenue growth.
- Analyze sales and customer data trends, territory effectiveness, productivity, churn risk, capacity planning, and quota attainment to inform leadership decisions.
- Oversee and optimize technology stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and various BI platforms; evaluate new GTM tools.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, SDR, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, Product, HR, and executives to align KPIs and standardize processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Go-To-Market Operations.
- Proven background in the Cybersecurity sector.
- Expertise in Salesforce CRM administration and analytics.
- Comprehensive understanding of the B2B SaaS revenue lifecycle.
- Strong abilities in dashboard creation, reporting, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with remote and global teams.
- Familiarity with SQL, Tableau/Power BI/Looker, AI-driven sales platforms, and RevOps implementation considered advantageous.
- Knowledge of MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, or SPICED sales methodologies is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Position based in Nzalae/Nzawa locations, Kitui County, Kenya, with remote work options.
