Retail Sales Associate (Optics)

Role overview

This permanent full-time position is based in Flensburg at Langberger Weg 4. The role focuses on combining customer-oriented sales with personal consultation in the optics sector. You will support customers in a service-driven retail environment and help them find the right eyewear solutions.

As part of a global eyewear group, you will work with a premium brand portfolio that includes names such as Ray-Ban, Oakley, Vogue Eyewear, and Persol, while staying close to current industry trends and innovations.

What you will do

• Provide friendly, skilled, and style-conscious advice to customers when selecting frames and lenses.
• Recommend suitable vision solutions while taking optical, cosmetic, and anatomical factors into account.
• Sell eyeglasses, sunglasses, accessories, and other retail products with confidence and a customer-focused approach.
• Handle routine administrative tasks such as customer notifications and daily cash reconciliation reliably and accurately.
• Contribute to merchandising and support the presentation of the Apollo brand in-store.

What we are looking for

• Completed training in retail or some initial professional experience in sales.
• Strong interest in consultation, service, and selling.
• Good sense of fashion, personal style, and solutions tailored to different customer needs.
• Ability to work well in a team, reliability, and an organized way of working.
• Willingness to learn new things, especially in the field of optics.
