Retail Assistant

Overview

This permanent role is based at our store in Thurles, County Tipperary, and entails working 10 hours weekly. You will be compensated at €14.70 per hour.

Role Profile

• Serve as a trusted point of contact, guiding customers on their health and wellness journey.
• Maintain stock levels, attractive product displays, and ensure promotions are effectively implemented.
• Uphold stringent standards of store compliance, safety, and overall presentation.
• Complete the "Qualified to Advise" training program to provide customers with knowledgeable assistance.
• Utilize your expertise to recommend suitable health and wellness products and solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store performance targets and deliver excellent results.
• Represent the brand as a Health and Wellness Ambassador for customers.

Candidate Attributes

• Excellent communication skills coupled with a natural ability to engage people.
• A genuine passion for health and wellness, with a desire to continually learn.
• Strong team player capable of multitasking and maintaining organisation.
• Comfortable with technology, including the use of tablets for product information and customer solutions.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is advantageous, but passion and attitude are paramount; full training will be provided.
