Recruitment Process

• Initial brief phone screening with the recruitment team (approximately 20 minutes).
• Paid in-store trial shift alongside restaurant leaders to experience team dynamics (over 2 hours).
• Final interview with a restaurant leadership member to review the trial and discuss role details (about 30 minutes).
• Reference verification followed by an offer if successful.

Additional Information

Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and at least 18 years old. Preference is given to those interested in working at the Melbourne, VIC locations including Carlton and neighboring areas.
