About the Role
Are you passionate about transforming ideas into engaging video content that resonates naturally with specific platforms and audiences? As a Resident Content Creator, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of content creation, from conceptualizing and planning shoots to filming and editing short-form videos. You will primarily generate content tailored for social media channels, while also assisting with more comprehensive brand and campaign video productions when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative, social-first video concepts that align with client objectives.
- Create scripts, storyboards, and produce short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Manage the entire content development process, from initial idea through final output.
- Customize videos for various formats, platforms, and target audience requirements.
- Provide support and guidance during on-set executions of major shoots as needed.
- Collaborate closely with strategists, designers, and account teams to bring creative ideas to fruition.
- Contribute innovative ideas to content planning and campaign development sessions.
- Stay updated with evolving platform trends, video formats, and audience content consumption behaviors.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses three to five years of professional experience in content creation, video production, or related domains.
- Demonstrates strong skills in shooting and editing videos, capable of handling end-to-end content management.
- Understands the principles of social-first storytelling and short-form video techniques.
- Has a keen eye for storytelling, with meticulous attention to both visual and editorial quality.
- Familiar with common filming, editing, and content production software and tools.
- Comfortable managing both rapid-turnaround content projects and more complex production workflows.
- Exhibits a collaborative mindset and embraces constructive feedback.
- Confidently takes ownership of assigned projects while effectively working within teams.
- Maintains a portfolio or showreel showcasing a range of social media and branded video work.
Additional Information
Position is located onsite in Singapore. This role involves working closely with diverse internal teams to support a variety of content needs across multiple clients.
