About the Role
We are collaborating with a well-established general contractor specializing in commercial construction, predominantly in restaurant and convenience store projects for national brands like Chick-Fil-A, Chipotle, Wawa, 7-Eleven, Aldi, and Burlington Coat Factory. Our client operates primarily in Florida and North Carolina and is experiencing rapid growth, leading to an opening for an Estimator position with remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have prior experience estimating construction costs within a general contractor (GC) environment, with a focus on commercial projects. Experience in restaurant or retail construction is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
