Remote Contact Center Representative

About the Role

Inizio Engage partners with a prominent biotechnology firm supporting various sectors such as Commercial, Patient Solutions, and Medical Affairs. The Remote Contact Center Representative will operate as the clients' voice through inbound and outbound calls, engaging with consumers and healthcare providers. Additionally, this position involves coaching a team of Healthcare Communicators to ensure high standards of service.

Work Schedule & Compensation

The standard shift is Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. The hourly wage is $19.50.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service adhering strictly to the program scripts and guidelines while maintaining excellent quality standards across all client projects.
• Accurately gather and input information into specific program databases as required.
• Exhibit strong telecommunication and communication skills, carrying conversations in an empathetic manner and assisting callers to understand medical terminology when necessary.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently with well-developed organizational skills.
• Follow all company policies and established Standard Operating Procedures without fail.
• Remain flexible in duties, which may include administrative work and tasks beyond telecommunications to optimize departmental resource use.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required.
• Effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills are essential.
• Comfortable and skilled with computer use including keyboard and mouse.
• Demonstrated pleasant and professional telephone demeanor.
• Reliable access to high-speed internet at home is mandatory.
• Must have a designated quiet home office free from distractions to perform duties.
