About the Role
This position operates within the Direct Marketing Channel, focusing on direct-to-consumer sales. Kotak Life provides leads for employees who will engage directly with potential customers. The primary responsibility involves meeting customers in person, explaining the life insurance products, and closing sales with the help of provided leads. This is a role dedicated to direct sales and does not include recruitment or management of agents or advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cold calls using the client database.
- Schedule appointments with prospective clients.
- Conduct approximately 23 face-to-face meetings each day throughout the city.
- Present and elaborate on insurance products and financial solutions suited to clients' needs.
- Manage all necessary documentation to finalize business transactions.
- Track and report daily sales activities and maintain productivity standards.
